Delivery Questions

Do you deliver to my area??
We deliver to the Riveride and Inland Empire areas of Southern California.  This includes Temecula area, Corona area,

Ontario area, San Bernardino and Redlands area, and out to Yucaipa.  We're sorry, but we not service Palm Springs/Desert or

What if I live outside your coverage area??

Are reservations required??
No, they're not required. However, due to the popularity of the signs, we recommend them to ensure the sign of your choice.

 

 

 

How much notice do you need??
We would like at least a day before notice to allow for scheduling although exceptions can be made at our discretion.

 

 

 

Does someone need to be present when the sign is delivered or picked up??
Absolutely not.  We do the setup and delivery in the yard, we do not need to knock on your door for anything.  When the sign

is picked up the keepsake is left on your doorstep, out of  sight from the street as much as possible, but in clear sight of the front

door opening.  

 

 

 

When do you deliver??
We do most of our deliveries and pickups in the evening although exceptions can be made at our discretion.

 

 

 

 

 

Sign Questions

What is a Personalized Keepsake??
It is the personalized part of the sign rental (baby bundle or star) that is yours to keep. Even after the rental is over, you'll

still have a reminder of your special announcement.  These also make great wall decorations for the nursery!!

 

 

 

Can I put balloons on the sign??
Yes you can, though there's a chance that they can pop, and if there weather's warm, can make a sticky mess on the keepsake or stork.

No worries though as we're prepared for that contingency!!  Also, please note that latex balloons do not stay inflated more than a

day so they can make the sign look 'bad' when they're just hanging there all deflated.  Please remove them once they're like that, or use

mylar balloons instead!

 

 

 

Do you offer balloons with the rentals??
We have discontinued offering balloons with our rentals until the helium shortage has been resolved.  If you would still like to add balloons to the rental on your own, please see the question above.

Are gift certificates available??
Absolutely! Gift certificates make the perfect shower gift!

 

 

 

Can I rent a sign as a gift??

Absolutely!!  Our stork and moon rentals make the perfect gift from friends & family, even if you live far away!  They also make

a great baby shower gift too as it can be rented for the day of the shower or for a full rental once the baby's born!  Perfect gift for

the parents who have it all!

 

 

 

What form of payment do you accept??
Payment is due in full on or before the delivery date of the stork or moon. We accept cash, checks, Paypal, and most major credit cards.

 

 

 

Do you offer discounts for multiples??
Absolutely! We offer special pricing for twins or triplets sign rentals. Please call for a quote.
